Why can't I log into Mobidea?

There are several reasons why you may not be able to log into your Mobidea Account:

  • Check if your Internet connection works well
  • Make sure your Internet provider isn't using a Dynamic IP. Due to security reasons, it's not possible for you to access Mobidea using proxies or other tools that mask the IP.

In addition, in case your account was suspended due to fraudulent behavior, you won't be able to login anymore.
