Which are the fees associated with each payment method?

There are no associated fees for either WebMoney or ePayments.

Paypal has a fee of 2% and Paxum has a fee of $1.

The fee for bank transfers varies: for non-EU countries €4; for EU countries in Euro currency €0.99; for EU countries in other currencies €4. 

VIP Affiliates don't have to pay any withdrawing fees on Mobidea.
