Getting Started
How to Contact the Mobidea Advertisers Team
If you have an in-house product and want to promote it on a CPA (cost-per-action) model, Mobidea provides a complete solution for launch, tracking, and scaling.
To begin your cooperation with Mobidea, you can reach out to the Advertisers Team through any of these channels:
Option 1: Submit the Advertiser Form
Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the advertiser form with details about your offer.
Option 2: Send an Email
Email us directly at advertisers@mobidea.com with information about your product, target geos, and campaign goals.
What to Include in Your Initial Contact:
- Product/offer details (vertical, conversion flow, payout model)
- Target geos and preferred traffic sources
- Any specific requirements or restrictions

The Integration Process
After your initial contact, you’ll go through a streamlined integration process designed to get your campaigns live as quickly as possible.
Step 1: Initial Discussion
Once we receive your inquiry, a member of the Mobidea Advertisers Team will reach out to:
- Clarify offer details and requirements
- Discuss your campaign goals and expectations

This discussion can happen via:

Step 2: Legal Integration
Before launching campaigns, we’ll formalize the partnership through an Insertion Order (IO).
What is an IO?
An Insertion Order is a contract between Mobidea and you that outlines:
- Campaign terms (payouts, caps, KPIs)
- Payment terms and schedule
- Compliance requirements and restrictions
- Campaign duration or testing period
Timeline:
The IO is typically reviewed and signed within 1-3 business days, depending on complexity and any custom terms.
Step 3: Technical Integration
Once the IO is signed, we move to the technical setup.

- Advertiser Account Creation
The Mobidea team will create an advertiser account for you on our tracking platform. We will monitor and manage the campaigns for you.
- Postback Setup
You’ll need to place Mobidea’s postback URL on your end. This postback allows us to track conversions and ensure accurate reporting for both you and our affiliates.
Our team will provide you with:
- The postback URL template
- Instructions for implementation
- Technical support if needed
- Test Conversion
Before launching live traffic, we conduct a test conversion to ensure everything is tracking properly. This step confirms that:
- Your postback is firing correctly
- Conversions are being recorded accurately
- There are no technical issues that could affect campaign performance
Timeline:
Technical integration typically takes 1-3 days, depending on the complexity of your tracking setup and how quickly your team can implement the postback.
