Where do I set a security question?

It's super easy to set your Security Question!

In case you've never done it before, you just need to go to the profile photo at the top right corner of your screen.

Then, click on Basic Info. There, you can find the option to "Change Password" and "Set Security Question".

Once you click on "Set Security Question", you'll be able to pick a question from the list we provide.

Choose a question whose answer you know you'll never forget.

Insert the answer in the box, click "Save" and it's done!

In case you've already set a Security Question but can't really remember the answer, here's what you do: send an email from the email address associated with your Mobidea account - or contact your Account Manager - and ask for a Security Question reset.

Then, you'll be able to set it up again!
