Offers with a Direct Billing Flow can have two different flows:

1. Single Opt-in: users only need to confirm once that they accept the subscription service.
2. Double Opt-in: users need to go through two different steps to confirm they accept the subscription service.

Offers with an SMS Billing Flow can have two different flows:

1. Mobile Originated (MO): users need to send an SMS message in order to be subscribed.
2. Mobile Terminated (MT): users are billed on the SMS they receive.
