a moment and look at what ad formats are available in some of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobidea.com\/academy\/traffic-sources-affiliate-marketing\/\">traffic sources<\/a>, you will be quite surprised at the options you can find.<\/p>\n<p>What I\u2019ve noticed from my own experience?<\/p>\n<p>Most of the beginner and even intermediate affiliates do not take advantage of testing different ad formats at all.<\/p>\n<p>While each traffic source and ad type will have pros and cons, with different levels of traffic volume, there are many instances in which I\u2019ve found a profitable business<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, many of my coaching students and friends have asked me what I think is going to happen to popunder traffic in light of the new Google Chrome 64\/65 updates that are being released.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"what-is-happening-to-popunder-traffic\"><\/span>What is Happening to Popunder Traffic?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you know me, I have run thousands of popunder campaigns over the last two years and that has been a strong revenue source for my business.<\/p>\n<p>So, what do I think is going to happen to this traffic type?<\/p>\n<p>In my opinion, not much is going to change in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>This traffic format is not going anywhere BUT there will be changes to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobidea.com\/academy\/affiliate-landing-pages\/\">landing pages<\/a> and promotion methods.<\/p>\n<p>Google is trying to take a hard stance against promotional methods that create annoying and poor user experiences across the web.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t have to agree with them when it comes to this initiative.<\/p>\n<p>However, I do have to adapt to the changes.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"you-have-to-adapt-and-think-creatively\"><\/span>You Have to Adapt and Think Creatively<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Many traffic sources have already taken measures to ensure they are compliant with the upcoming updates.<\/p>\n<p>And you should be thinking of your next steps and how you will have to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobidea.com\/academy\/media-buying-strategy-beginners\/\">pivot your strategy<\/a> to continue growing your affiliate business.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"what-i-predict\"><\/span>What I Predict<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You will start to see more compliant ad creatives and landing pages across all traffic channels.<\/p>\n<p>Because of a more compliant approach to your creatives, you will see CPM prices start to decrease on some ad types.<\/p>\n<p><a noticed this happening over the last few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Those who are diligent at split-testing and optimizing will have the biggest advantages right now.<\/p>\n<p>This means you\u2019ll get to build campaigns that outperform, get to enjoy a cheaper traffic cost, and laugh as others still struggle because they failed to adapt quickly enough.<\/p>\n<p>For those who explore outside the usual conversations and dare to venture off into the affiliate unknown, there are huge opportunities just waiting for you.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" that the majority are not.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t get me wrong:<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a great idea to stay focused and learn one traffic type really well but &#8211; at some point &#8211; you will want to expand or try something new.<\/p>\n<p>One of my friends recently shared details with me on a very easy, passive campaign that has been doing $xxx\/day profit for many months for him.<\/p>\n<p><a traffic.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve heard questions asked of me such as \u201cwhat is hot right now\u201d and that \u201cpop traffic is going downhill\u201d and \u201cwhat do I think they should do\u201d and other similar questions.<\/p>\n<p>My answer?<\/p>\n<p>Go out and test for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>In just a minute, I\u2019m going to give you several different ad formats that most of you have never even tried.<\/p>\n<p>But I want to remind you that there are no real rules in the affiliate game (of course offers\/networks\/sources have terms to follow) but what I mean is that there are no clear-cut ways to do things.<\/p>\n<p>The more creative you are and the more actions you take, the closer you\u2019ll be to finding that million dollar idea or awesome strategy.<\/p>\n<h2><span with several <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobidea.com\/academy\/banner-design-ads\/\">banner sizes<\/a> to go along with it.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobidea.com\/academy\/media-buying-campaign-targeting\/\">targeting options<\/a> are usually good and you have a lot of scale potential.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"mobile-native\"><\/span>Mobile Native<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A less common ad format but some sources offer it.<\/p>\n<p><a several versions of it available within ad networks.<\/p>\n<p>From interstitials, to video types, and more.<\/p>\n<p>This is a very powerful ad format and it\u2019s worth checking out.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"final-thoughts\"><\/span>Final Thoughts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In my business, I like to ask myself:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow do I get ahead of
